Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 7jl platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any part of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and refrain from creating an account. 7jl reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 7jl platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 7jl platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Accounts must be registered with accurate and truthful personal information; providing false details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7jl platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment channels available on the platform, which are selected to be widely accessible across the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you; using a payment method registered to another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same local payment channel used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification checks that 7jl may conduct at its discretion. 7jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a delay or refusal of the withdrawal request. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the 7jl platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of it. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means; using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction or take advantage of any offer more than once. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and 7jl reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with such an account pending investigation. 7jl cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of 7jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 7jl. Unauthorised use of any platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. The 7jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7jl and may not be used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

7jl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of funds resulting from technical errors, connectivity issues, or third-party payment channel failures. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the 7jl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
